There’s exactly one detail that elevates my bathroom’s decorating scheme beyond what you’d find at a men’s room in a gas station: the toilet has a lid on it. So you can imagine my excitement when I discovered Toilet Tattoos at the recent National Hardware Show. The tats are decorative appliqués of removable plastic vinyl film. Running under the slogan “the only way to crown your throne,” they feature festive graphics such as leopard skin, yellow duckies, and holiday snowflakes. There’s this one, which looks like a whole tube of lipstick's been blotted on the john:
I’m getting that one first. I think it’ll really class up the commode. GQ the WC. My only reservation is that it’ll make me break my habit of leaving the seat up.
