Decisions, decisions, decisions. Should you go with the easy clean-up of a ceramic cooktop or the high power of gas? Well this smart cooktop from Fisher and Paykel lets you have the best of both. Those little, black peg things you see in the photo are actually pan supports that rise up when the gas is turned on (see the burner on the right) and retract when it is off (see the burner on the left). It's so fun and easy, maybe the kids will help tidy up after dinner. Or not.
