Tell the world about your rotten neighbor

How to put it nicely that my uphill neighbor is a racist misogynist bully who screams at his girlfriend, revs his Harley for hours on end, and once dumped a big load of brush from his yard into my woods? There probably isn’t a way, but I can post my feelings on a web site so others can read what I think.
At RottenNeighbor you type in your address and up comes an aerial photo of where you live with little color coded Monopoly houses that indicate rotten neighbors, rad neighbors, sex offenders and foreclosures. One recent posting I read said, “Their yard smells of manure, and they drive around the neighborhood at midnight for no reason. One time they put a dead squirrel in our mailbox.” No one has posted about my uphill neighbor. Not yet.

Encouraging this type of activity can result in libel and all kinds of issues/ legal troubles.
So, after complaining about your neighbor on this site, you decide to move.
Prospective buyers can then find out in advance how bad the neighbors are and find another home where neighbors aren't an issue.
