Live from the International Builders’ Show: Overhead Door Announces ‘Green’ Garage Door Line

I’ve always been fascinated by building products, especially exterior ones, made from recycled materials. The new Overhead Door EcoBuilt line of garage doors is a good example. These doors look, feel and sound like wood because they are made from 100 percent recycled wood fiber. They’re "greenness" is even certified by Scientific Certification Systems, an international leader in building product certification.
The EcoBuilt line is energy efficient and delivers high R-values (a product's R-value is a measurement of its resistance to heat loss with higher numbers being better), and it’s available in many configurations and styles.
Prices start about $899 for a single-wide door.
