It seems a lot of what happens in Las Vegas is new and exciting but this introduction by Viking Range stood out right away.
The Plasmacluster Ion Air Purifier was introduced today and is available in most Viking built-in refrigerators and freezers. Part of the refrigeration and ventilation system, the Plasmacluster uses ions to eliminate airborne bacteria and mold spores, remove odor and enhance food preservation. Best of all, it never has to be replaced. You can also breathe easy because the Plasmacluster is a standard feature and there is no additional cost for it when buying Viking products that have it.

Fagor has already had this standard in its refrigerators for at least two years.
