Live from the International Builders' Show: New Windows that Help Save Money and the Planet
January 20, 2009
Andersen Windows has made it easier for you to outfit your home with new windows, and keep Mother Nature and your checkbook happy all at the same time.
The new 100 Series is energy efficient, economically priced and made of a wood and vinyl composite called Fibrex. Combined with the glass, this new window is made from more than 20 percent recycled material.
Available in more than 1,200 sizes, the 100 Series can be ordered in one of four exterior colors: white, sandtone, terratone, and cocoa bean. Prices start at about $200 for a small window.
It’s not available in green but will certainly help you save it.
