Indoor-style plastic rugs create an outdoor room look without the fuss
June 30, 2009
Weather-resistant, waterproof, and cheaper than the indoor version, plastic outdoor rugs have come a long way from those stiff mats you used to take to the beach. A few like this one from Outdoorrugsonly.com come in patterns which imitate expensive oriental, Persian and Apache-style flat-weaves which look close enough to the real thing from a distance, but cost no where near as much. Instead, it's a refined outdoor-room look for your deck or patio for just $45 to $100, depending on the size, in polypropylene, which you can also wash clean with the garden hose. It's one quick and easy way to get that outdoor room feeling in time for summer guests, even if you don't have a fancy outdoor space.

Before my daughter decided to let her boyfriend buy her a dog (which meant I got stuck with a dog) I
used to like rugs, especially kitchen rugs however, for some strange reason rugs and this dog do not mix, which is why we currently have hardwood floors and very
few rugs. It’s really not fair to blame the dog, it’s the people here in the house on the days I’m not here that can’t seem to remember to let her out (or my husband who consistently forgets to let
her out in the morning) and she seems to feel that a rug or a towel is the place to pee…
So, any rug I own? Has to be completely washable and not have a foam backing…
I have a wide range collection of indoor rugs that I use always. I have spent a lot in their maintenance so that they won't get destroyed.
This is such a great resource about that you are providing and you give it away for free to educate the people about the issue. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free. Thanks for the awesome work on .
