Fun with lasers
July 10, 2009
Who doesn't love incorporating lasers into their daily routine? Exactly, no one. Which is why I was thrilled to see Bosch unveil this Laser Distance Measurer, boasting four measurement systems including decimal feet and metric capabilities. It's also the world's smallest laser rangefinder at a mere 4" tall. You can measure to within 1/16 of an inch out of the the laser's 130-foot range so your crown molding projects and mid-size monument scaling endeavors can be completed with more accuracy. Unfortunately, pocket-sized precision doesn't come cheap, but you can find this powerful tool on sale for about $133.

I just got one of these a few weeks ago. I love it. Got a great deal from an eBay store for under $90, so that was even better. I always need to check overhead clearances, and this gadget makes obtaining that data a snap!
Thanks for the extra savings tip!
